Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a experienced Preconstruction Manager in Dallas to oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling for multiple projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and design teams to ensure feasibility, cost control, and regulatory compliance while guiding the preconstruction team toward project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture Technology or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years in preconstruction or related roles; 15 years preferred.
• Proven leadership at Associate Director level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, budgeting, and scheduling processes.
• Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction.

• Lead the preconstruction phase of projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
