Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own project execution from turnover to closeout in our Fort Lauderdale operations. You will drive schedules, budgets, and customer experience while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safety and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, PEMB experience preferred, and strong communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in construction or related industries.
Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) systems preferred.
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
Strong ability to read drawings and contract documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects from turnover through final closeout, owning schedule, budget, and customer experience.
Review project documents to establish objectives and identify risks, conflicts, and gaps.
Coordinate internal and external project teams to meet project objectives.
Monitor project progress and address issues impacting schedule, cost, quality, or customer expectations.
Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforce established project management processes to promote consistency and project success.
