Job summary

Mashburn Construction seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee the total construction effort across diverse projects. You will coordinate with superintendents, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety compliance to deliver high quality work on time.

Responsibilities include mentoring field teams, reviewing plans and change orders, communicating with owners and inspectors, and driving continuous improvement in workmanship and site safety.

Qualifications

• Four year degree (B.S.) or equivalent plus 5–10 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees construction projects and coordinates activities.
• Directs supervisors and subcontractors to meet budgets and schedules.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and site safety requirements.
• Mentors and trains support personnel.
• Reviews plans, specs, and change orders to ensure quality and progress.
