Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Project Lead to support Construction Project Managers in day-to-day execution, maintaining budgets, schedules, and workflows to ensure successful delivery. You will coordinate vendors, site inspectors, foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams to align requirements with timelines and budgets.

Success requires strong leadership, organization, technical proficiency, and communication skills to maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Schedule and attend meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to maintain alignment and progress.
• Liaise with management and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
• Assign project tasks and monitor progress.
• Communicate schedule changes to foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain budget, scheduling, and project data, and provide updates on progress and risks.
