Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Liberal Arts may be considered.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Success managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project management with coordination, material tracking, file management, and progress reporting.
• Assist field supervision with safety procedures, project and trade partner coordination, verification of field conditions, and quality control.
• Participate in events such as Summer Speaker series, internship events, jobsite tours, and networking opportunities.
