Job summary

Centro Escolar University seeks a project coordinator to support field supervision on construction projects. You will assist the project manager with coordination, estimate costs for change orders, solicit bidders, and coordinate subcontractor activity while managing document control.

You will schedule contracts and materials, coordinate subcontractors, monitor on-site safety, participate in team meetings, and prepare RFIs and submittals to aid change orders.

Qualifications

• Candidates seeking a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to work a 12-week work schedule (preferred).
• Willingness to relocate for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager or field supervision staff with project coordination
• Estimate cost for change orders
