Shine BrightX LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a motivated student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program to support project management and field operations on active construction projects.

Responsibilities include understanding day-to-day business and financial management on projects, coordinating materials, documentation, safety procedures, and quality checks, plus participating in internship events and site tours. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are a must.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Interest in construction industry and processes.
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Understand day-to-day business and financial management on projects.
• Support project team with coordination, material tracking, file management, and progress reporting.
• Field Operations: Assist with safety procedures, coordination with trades, verify field conditions, and quality control.
• Participate in Summer Speaker series, internship events, site tours, and networking opportunities.
