Job summary

Stfrancis in West Palm Beach is seeking an internship for students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program. The role spans project management and field operations, providing hands-on experience in coordinating activities, tracking materials, and supporting document control on active projects.

You will assist with safety procedures, site coordination with trade partners, and quality checks while gaining exposure to reporting, meetings, and networking events such as the Summer Speaker series

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Liberal Arts considered.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Success managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourcefulness with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day business and financial management on projects.
• Support the project team with coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Assist field supervision with safety procedures, project and trade partner coordination, verification of field conditions, and quality control.
• Participate in the Summer Speaker series, internship events, jobsite tours, and networking opportunities.
