Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office, Autodesk, QuickBooks, Sage and Acumatica.

Responsibilities

• Interface and coordinate scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing levels.
• Process and reconcile monthly pay applications for all trade partners.
• Review and reconcile pay applications from GCs and subcontractors.
• Track project costs, labor, materials and overhead expenditures.
• Verify pay apps against contracts, work completed and budget allocations.
