Job summary

Epstein is seeking a Construction Project Executive to lead our Construction group, overseeing in-house Design-Build project teams and ensuring quality, schedule, cost, safety, and client satisfaction across large industrial and manufacturing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage Project Managers, mentor staff, and foster collaboration across Epstein's Architecture, Engineering, and Construction disciplines. Design-Build experience and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Extensive construction project management experience with Design-Build delivery preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for successful delivery of construction projects.
• Oversee Project Managers and project teams across one or more projects.
• Develop and improve construction project processes and best practices.
• Mentor and develop Construction team members.
