The Ravin Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager for a key role in northeast Indiana. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of solid construction experience on large projects over $20M and a proven track record delivering complex, ground-up construction.

Responsibilities include contracts, scheduling, budgeting, on-site leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is an in-person role with competitive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solid construction and large project experience (> $20M).
• Experience with ground-up higher education, healthcare, or parking garage projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Procore experience preferred.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / SR PROJECT MANAGER

A northeast Indiana construction company is seeking a Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate would have 7+ years of solid construction and large project experience in excess of $20M.

Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager:

• Prepare contracts, work scope and purchase orders for subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare project schedule and review
• Revise pre-construction budget to actual numbers after bid out is complete.
• Update project schedule on a weekly basis.
• Constantly maintain budget and accounting records for the project.
• Meet with supervisor on a regular basis to review project budget and schedule.
• Make regular site visits, spending a minimum of a full day on site per visit. Site visit frequency and duration will vary depending on the state and phase of the project.
• Adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to the construction environment.
