Job summary

Prestige Wellness Group in New York seeks a Construction Project Estimator to support Sales and Operations by developing accurate project estimates and coordinating setup in our systems for luxury wellness spaces.

You will review drawings and specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure budgets, contracts, and records are correctly established to enable smooth project execution. This role requires cross‑department collaboration and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating or related roles.
  • Experience reviewing drawings and project documentation.
  • Strong costing, budgeting, and pricing knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

  • Review project opportunities with Sales and assess constructability.
  • Develop budgets and final quotations based on materials, labor, manufacturing, freight, installation, and location.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product availability.
  • Enter and organize project information in Dynamics 365.
  • Support project setup, contract administration, and invoicing activities.
  • Facilitate handoffs from Sales to the Project Management team.
  • Maintain organized electronic project files and records.

Headquartered in NYC, we're growing quickly and looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our continued expansion.

About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Project Estimator to join our team and support both Sales and Operations by developing accurate project estimates, managing project setup activities, and coordinating the transition of awarded projects into execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing project quotations, coordinating with vendors and manufacturers, and ensuring project information is accurately established within our operating systems.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Project Management, Accounting, Purchasing, and Operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are properly budgeted, documented, and positioned for successful execution.

What You\'ll Do
  • Review project opportunities with the Sales team and assess constructability of proposed wellness spaces
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements
  • Develop budgetary and final project quotations based on materials, labor, manufacturing, freight, installation, project location, and overall project complexity
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain current pricing, lead times, and product availability
  • Confirm design feasibility with manufacturing partners prior to issuing project quotations
  • Review customer budgets and provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs while maintaining design intent
  • Revise project quotations as scope changes throughout the sales process
  • Prepare pricing for replacement parts, warranty items, and customer-requested upgrades
  • Utilize Bluebeam Revu to review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, and support accurate estimating
  • Review awarded contracts, scope sheets, proposals, and terms and conditions to verify project requirements
  • Create and maintain project records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Enter and organize project information including customer details, contract values, budgets, schedules, documentation, and project notes
  • Coordinate with Accounting to support project setup, contract administration, and invoicing activities
  • Facilitate project handoffs from Sales to the Project Management team
  • Support commercial prequalification submissions by coordinating documentation with Accounting, HR, and leadership
  • Track outstanding project documentation required prior to project commencement
  • Maintain organized electronic project files and records
  • Serve as an internal resource for questions related to project scope, pricing, contracts, and project documentation
  • Assist with process improvements related to estimating, project setup, and operational workflows
What We\'re Looking For
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, pre-construction, or a related field
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and pricing methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu including drawing review, markups, and quantity takeoffs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred:
  • Experience working in luxury residential, hospitality, wellness, spa, or specialty construction environments
  • Experience coordinating custom manufacturing or millwork projects
  • Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation processes
  • Experience working within ERP systems and project management software
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
