Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor operations and review test reports to ensure conformance with specs, plans and contract documents
• Perform contract administration duties such as pay record entry/review, materials-received reports, and daily diary review
• Prepare as-constructed plans and monthly quantity verifications prior to payment
• Direct and schedule junior technicians in staking out and inspecting phases of construction
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and utility owners to minimize delays and ensure project progress
