Job summary

Fading West Development LLC in Colorado is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from preconstruction through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and drive safety and quality standards on-site in the mountain region.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and at least 3+ years of project management experience handling projects in the $1M–$15M range,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, business or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management, preconstruction, modular building, or related experience.
• Experience managing projects from $1M to $15M is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple modular construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Participate in construction sales calls and project pursuits.
• Coordinate timelines among owners/reps, architects/engineers, purchasing, production, logistics and field operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and delivery deadlines.
• Track progress and proactively identify risks, delays or bottlenecks.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary communication link between departments involved in project execution.
• Collaborate with internal factory teams, subcontractors and local municipalities.
• Monitor schedules and ensure alignment with customer commitments and capacity.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate project tracking reports and documentation.
