Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Project Engineer to provide high-level project administration for Superintendents and assist the on-site team with documentation control and phase-by-phase tracking.

The role focuses on coordinating schedules, material deliveries, and daily logs while maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager and Superintendent. This position is office-adjacent and requires attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or related field required.
• Electrical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyzes labor productivity.
• Tracks General Contractor schedule.
• Tracks Fabrication schedule.
• Coordinates material deliveries to job site and stages materials as needed.
• Maintains and tracks onsite material inventory.
• Supports timekeeping as needed.
• Attends job site meetings with Superintendent.
• Assists with planning/construction estimate phase and defines task orders.
• Provides administrative support and tracking of schedules, meeting notes, safety inspections, and daily logs.
