Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc in Concord, NC seeks a Production Coordinator to provide high-level, project-specific administrative support for Project Superintendents. You will assist the onsite Superintendent with document control and phase-by-phase tracking.

The role emphasizes accuracy, scheduling, communication and hands-on support across labor, materials and logs, with potential overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction or related field preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyzes labor productivity.
• Tracks General Contractor schedule and fabrication schedule.
• Coordinates material deliveries to job site and staging those materials.
• Maintains and tracks onsite material inventory.
• Supports timekeeping and attends job site meetings with Superintendent.
• Assists with planning/construction estimates and task orders.
