Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Honesty and dependability.
• Must be able to pass government security clearance requirements.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain project documentation, including jobsite files, drawing logs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of project information.
• Utilize Procore construction management software for file management, reporting, and communication.
• Coordinate the distribution and tracking of subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and field-generated documentation.
• Support quality control (QC) processes, including inspection, punch lists, and compliance documentation tracking.
• Support RFI and submittal processes, ensuring timely responses and project continuity.
• Assist with pre-construction activities, including bid/buyout support and plan/specification distribution.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to solve project issues and maintain schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project closeout documentation, including O&M manuals and final deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
