Qualifications

• Seven+ years of professional experience in construction project engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and engineering support to project management and construction teams.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Participate in and lead design or construction meetings.
• Conduct field checks for compliance with specifications and sustainability benchmarks.
• Review and interpret construction plans and shop drawings.
• Draft correspondence, reports, and project guidelines.
• Prepare project status reports and photo documentation.
• Review submittals for adherence to plans.
• Ensure record drawings are updated before progress payments.
