Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage project submittals and RFIs.
• Review submittals for accuracy before submission to owners or design teams.
• Maintain and update project schedules, including baseline and weekly progress tracking.
• Assist in developing and managing work plans, including pre-plan and post-plan processes.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare proposals to support project estimating and bidding activities.
• Participate in project safety initiatives and adhere to company safety standards.
• Interpret engineering, architectural, and construction drawings for planning and execution.
• Utilize software tools for job costing, reporting, scheduling, and online collaboration (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, MS Office).
• Support weekly project meetings by preparing agendas and documenting actions.
• Assist in managing environmental permits and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain effective project document control.
