Job summary

Graham Construction, a 3G Company, is seeking a Project Engineer to support multiple construction projects from concept to completion, under the Project Manager. This role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and coordinating with owners, architects, and trades.

Ideal candidates have a construction management degree, strong communication, detail orientation, and willingness to work nights and weekends. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects, and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to pass post-offer employment testing and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to navigate busy construction sites in various weather.
• Experience working with owners, architects, and trade partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist project leader and superintendent with budgeting, bidding, buyouts, and occupancy certifications.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, closeouts, as-builts, and shop drawings.
• Ensure equipment and materials arrive per schedule at the jobsite.
• Maintain procurement logs and timely submittals.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects, and Outlook in daily tasks.
• Support adherence to Graham Core Process and jobsite checklists.
• Foster relationships with owners/clients and trade partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
