Job summary

Accounting Search seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join our Greensboro, NC team. You will lead site civil design projects, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial developments, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities include storm-water analysis and design, coordinating with clients and permitting authorities, and delivering accurate, timely engineering solutions. PE license within 12 months preferred; 5+ years in land development required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Land Development.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design.
• Strong communication and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the current team and report to senior management.
• Lead site civil design projects for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently.
• Assist with permitting, feasibility analyses, and budgeting as needed.
