Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Project Engineering Intern to start a career with a company that builds for a better society. The role supports the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects, coordinating activities and gathering information under mentorship.

Working toward a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, you’ll gain experience across engineering, field engineering, cost, safety, estimating, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of math functions including geometry and algebra.
• Experience with MS Office and construction software.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and subcontractors.
• Not eligible for sponsorship per the posting.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Gather and distribute information and coordinate project activities.
• Possibly perform accounting or estimating tasks with guidance as needed.
• Work under supervision with mentorship to grow skills in project engineering.
