Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Project Engineering Intern in the United States. You will support Project Managers and Superintendents, learn the basics of construction management, and gain exposure to estimating, accounting, and safety engineering functions under direct supervision.

The internship emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and collaboration across disciplines, with opportunities to engage in real project activities and bring value to teams.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects and mathematics functions.
• Ability to use MS Office and construction software; good communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
• Gather and distribute information; perform routine daily activities under supervision.
• Coordinate project activities with supervision from Project/Operations Manager; assist with estimating and accounting tasks as needed.
