Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Basic understanding of construction practices, processes, and terminology.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Ability to analyze project plans, data, and specifications to support execution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Learn to monitor progress, update schedules, and report milestones.
• Support budget tracking and cost analysis to keep projects within parameters.
• Help manage project documentation including contracts and change orders.
• Participate in quality assurance and safety compliance activities.
• Contribute to problem solving and on-site issue resolution with the team.
