Job summary

Requires 5+ years in construction or civil engineering, and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and CM software is expected; local travel is involved.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff activities to ensure conformance to design specs and contracts.
• Oversees measurement and payment of contractor work performed.
• Documents observations, non-compliance and corrective actions.
• Coordinates inspection staff, testing firms and labs.
• Briefs clients on project issues and suggests resolutions.
• Drafts responses to contractor correspondence and provides guidance to staff.
• Acts as on-site liaison between client, company and contractor.
