Job summary

XL Construction is seeking Project Engineers to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in planning and daily execution of construction projects. You will help manage submittals, schedules, budgets, and safety initiatives while coordinating material delivery and maintaining logs.

You will support procurement, RFI handling, subcontract administration, and document control, contributing to project success and client satisfaction in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 Certification is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use construction software like MS Project, Primavera, Procore, BlueBeam, and Egnyte.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM and Superintendent with planning and daily execution.
• Manage submittal approvals and coordination of material delivery.
• Maintain logs, schedules, budgets, and project safety initiatives.
• Support procurement, RFI processing, submittals, and change order estimation.
• Contribute to document control and close-out documentation.
