Job summary

Consolidated Resource, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and clients to maintain schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 0–3+ years of experience in construction, project engineering, field engineering, or construction management.
• General understanding of drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and closeout processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, office staff, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and superintendents with day-to-day project coordination.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and procurement logs.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other project documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare, process, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Help monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate risks related to schedule, cost, safety, or quality.
