Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in construction estimating or project controls.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specs clearly.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Familiar with BIM/CS tools and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze drawings and specs for scope and constructability.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and develop bid packages.
• Support project setup, budgets, schedules, RFIs, and changes.
• Track costs, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
