Job summary

Jaynes Corporation seeks a diligent Project Engineer to manage engineering activities and support construction schedules across multiple sites. You will provide technical planning input, review designs, and help resolve constructability issues while coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 1–2 years of concrete construction exposure, a construction management or civil engineering degree if possible, and robust communication skills to handle submittals, RFIs, and

Qualifications

• One to two years of actual construction experience is required.
• Bachelor level degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize and work under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work varying hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering activities and related functions to support the construction schedule.
• Provide technical support for planning, design interpretation, constructability reviews and documentation.
• Develop, implement, and administer project engineering procedures and control documents.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, ASIs, logs and change orders with on-site teams and subs.
• Travel frequently and assist Superintendent and Project Manager as required.
