Qualifications

• 1–2 years of actual construction experience is required.
• Bachelor level degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work varying hours including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering activities and related functions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and construction schedule.
• Provide technical support for construction planning and design.
• Develop and administer project engineering procedures and documents.
• Coordinate meetings with A/E, client, and PM teams.
• Interface on-site departments to resolve problems and maintain schedule.
• Gather submittals, create submittal logs, and track RFIs/ASIs.
• Prepare change orders, PO changes, and project cost adjustments.
• Prepare job schedules on SureTrak and update weekly.
