Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Project Engineer – Construction in Las Vegas, NV to support large-scale commercial projects. The role acts as a conduit between architects, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and documentation flow on site.

You will assist with schedules, budgets, and contract documents, maintaining logs in Procore and coordinating with field and office staff to meet milestones. This position offers full‑time work on active construction sites in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized, able to manage project information and documentation.
• Strong communication skills bridging gaps between stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to company procedures and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project Manager and field staff to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Understand contract documents and scope of work for each subcontractor to assist field and office staff.
• Maintain a current Contract Drawing Log using Procore or similar software.
• Organize and manage on-site project files and ensure accessibility of documentation.
• Retain relevant correspondence and project items in organized filing systems.
• Archive files, plans, and documents after project completion for future reference.
• Coordinate submittals from suppliers and subcontractors per project specs.
• Manage project information and documents including RFIs, CO requests, meeting minutes, permits, inspections, and close-out docs.
• Support field coordination and scheduling to optimize workflow and milestones.
