Job summary

Forté Specialty Contractors is seeking a Project Engineer based in Las Vegas, NV. The role supports the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will manage logs, drawings, permits, and change orders while coordinating with subcontractors and planning meetings. The ideal candidate has a BS in construction-related field or 1–2 years in a similar role, with strong communication skills and Procore experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Science/Construction Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Project Engineer/Coordinator role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; integrity in handling confidential info.
• Experience with Procore and project scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track logs, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.
• Support Project Manager and Superintendent to keep projects on time and budget.
• Maintain permit, buyout, and change order logs; assist with subcontractor coordination.
• Schedule and chair project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Inspect field quality and ensure subcontractor compliance with contract terms.
