Job summary

PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, seeks a Project Engineer for its Detroit office on a PECD track. You will learn in-field, master scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality control and client relations while supporting diverse projects within the Detroit team.

The role emphasizes collaboration, time management, and problem-solving with a clear path to leadership in project or construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects within the Detroit area across commercial, historical restoration and underground pipe services.
• Assist with scheduling, estimating, budget preparation, cost control and safety management.
• Document project progress and communicate with team members and clients.

About the Team:

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Detroit team located in Trenton, MI.Our PULLMAN Detroit team has a diverse scope of projects, ranging from commercial to historical restoration to underground pipe services.Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.

Minimum Qualifications:
