Job summary

PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Project Engineer for their Boston team in Hudson, MA. This in-office role focuses on developing critical construction skills through the PECD program, with mentorship and multi-project exposure in commercial repair and facade work.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 1 internship, and strong communication and organizational abilities to support scheduling, estimating, safety, and client

  • GPA 2.8 or higher.
  • At least one relevant internship experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
  • Manage safety, quality, and cost control.

In order to accomplish that, the PECD program has been structured with a competency based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire - project management, estimating, construction management and more.

About the Team:

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Boston team located in Hudson, MA.Our PULLMAN Boston team has a diverse scope of projects, with an emphasis on commercial repair, facade restoration and historical restoration.Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
  • A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
