Job summary

PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, seeks a Project Engineer under the PECD program to advance in-field construction skills in Seattle/Kent. This in-office role develops capabilities in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, and client relations.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a 2.8+ GPA, at least one internship, and strong communication and organization. A safety-minded, problem-solving mindset is essential.

About the Team:

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Seattle team located in Kent, WA.Our PULLMAN Seattle team has a diverse scope of projects, with an emphasis on commercial repair, facade restoration and historical restoration.Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
  • Aminimum of one relevant internship experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
