Job summary

PULLMAN invites applications for a Project Engineer in its PECD program, based with the Seattle team in Kent, WA. This in-office position focuses on learning critical construction skills and advancing toward leadership roles.

You will gain experience in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, quality, and client relations. You will support multiple projects in commercial repair, facade restoration and historic restoration, with mentorship and a clear path to growth into project management or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field; GPA 2.8+; at least one relevant internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong documentation and organization.
• Aptitude for solving problems; reliable transportation to job-sites.

Our Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire – project management, estimating, construction management and more.

About The Team

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Seattle team located in Kent, WA. Our PULLMAN Seattle team has a diverse scope of projects, with an emphasis on commercial repair, facade restoration and historical restoration. Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.
