PULLMAN Boston team in Hudson, MA seeks a Project Engineer for in-office roles supporting commercial repair, facade restoration and historic restoration projects. The PECD program develops leaders through hands-on experiences across multiple competencies, with mentorship and timeline-focused work.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and clear communication with diverse stakeholders, while remaining safety-focused and organized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • GPA 2.8 or higher.
  • At least one relevant internship experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple projects in commercial repair, facade restoration and historic restoration.
  • Participate in PECD program development and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with the Boston team on project execution.
  • Maintain safety standards and timely communication with stakeholders.

About The Team

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Boston team located in Hudson, MA. Our PULLMAN Boston team has a diverse scope of projects, with an emphasis on commercial repair, facade restoration and historical restoration. Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.
