Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site activities to ensure progress as scheduled and in accordance with contract specifications
• Inspect site daily and coordinate with contractors for deliveries
• Interpret designs and drawings for crafts installing materials and resolve drawing interpretation issues
• Prepare field design change requisitions and as-built drawings; maintain documentation and punch lists
• Coordinate quality control activities with the construction schedule and assist with scope gaps
