• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project portals for new construction documents, revisions, addenda, and RFIs.
• Upload updated documents to internal systems (I-Drive and project folders in Build).
• Maintain accurate and current project documentation logs.
• Coordinate with General Foreman to confirm material deliveries and site readiness.
• Communicate delays or discrepancies to the Project Manager.
