Job summary

Key duties include reviewing drawings and submittals for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with project managers, maintaining safety protocols, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 0 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain regular field presence to support safe work execution and attend safety meetings.
• Engage in high-risk activity planning and controls.
• Coordinate with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues.
• Monitor standard project schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances.
• Support the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
• Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and contribute to development of leading practices.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders.
