The Project Engineer role is responsible for tracking, managing, and organizing construction administrative items on projects in which they are assigned. Thorough review and tracking of all project materials and associated lead-times is a core responsibility to ensure field teams have what they need approved and on site by the time the project requires it. Project Engineers provide additional administrative and field support for job walk notes, punch walk compilations, etc. Project engineers at Facilities Contracting are also a part of spear heading and pre-qualifying new suppliers and subcontractors and working directly with the PM team to onboard new subcontractor and supplier partners.
