Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in daily coordination of subs and schedules
• Handle submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control
• Support jobsite logistics, procurement, and punch list processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Engage in budgeting, change orders, and client communications

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
• Internship or 1+ year of experience in commercial construction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Procore or construction management software
