Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and organizes project document filing structure.
• Oversee the development of Documentation Specialists.
• Manage a team of Documentation Specialists.
• Conduct meetings as needed to facilitate information flow between project members.
• Coordinate the flow of documents between Preconstruction Managers, engineering, Quality and Commissioning, field construction team, and other departments.
• Maintain document control standards including version control.
• Assist in the creation of process documentation with subject matter experts.
• Proofreads newly created documents for grammatical errors and proper formatting.
• Verify equipment/asset naming aligns with current construction drawings.
• Engage in all aspects of process improvement.
