Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a National Project Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site management of multiple construction projects nationwide. You will coordinate customer service, vendor buyout, procurement, scheduling, budgeting and safety compliance while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role offers a base salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 with an opportunity for Commission OTE up to 2.5% of gross profit, plus a vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction PM experience with $5M+ commercial, state, university, or federal projects.
• Expert in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration.
• Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in highly autonomous environments.
• Effective and strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials.

Responsibilities

• Field Management: Manage site personnel and subcontractors, drive safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Office Management: Track costs, manage budgets, and present schedules weekly.
• Travel: Ability to travel ~75% of the time to support nationwide projects.
