DAVRON, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Director (Education/K-12) in Austin to lead large-scale K-12 modernization and education programs. You will direct planning, design, and construction across multiple projects, working with districts, boards, and architects.

The role requires 15+ years of capital program leadership with 10+ years in leadership, strong education project experience, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction across multiple education projects.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, schedules, and budgets for on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients and senior stakeholders, including school districts, boards, city councils, architects, owners, and contractors.
• Oversee program controls including cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues and disputes.
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance and provide contract administration support.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Director (Education/K-12) position include:

• Lead planning, design, and construction activities across multiple education projects
• Develop and manage program implementation plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients and senior stakeholders, including school districts, boards, city councils, architects, owners, and contractors
• Oversee program controls including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements

Salary: Up to $160,000 per year, based on experience.
