Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Director (Education/K-12) position include:

• 15+ years managing large capital programs, with 10+ years in leadership, including strong K-12 or higher education project experience
• Lead planning, design, and construction activities across multiple education projects
• Develop and manage program implementation plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients and senior stakeholders, including school districts, boards, city councils, architects, owners, and contractors
• Oversee program controls including cost, schedule, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues and disputes
• Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications for compliance and provide contract administration support

Salary: Up to $160,000 per year, based on experience.
