Job summary

Latitudeinc is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation projects for K-12 and higher education facilities in the Washington DC area. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within scope.

  • Coordinate construction activities to minimize disruption when working on occupied school campuses.
  • Track project progress and prepare status reports for leadership and clients.
  • Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background managing K-12 school, higher education, or other educational facility construction projects.
