Job summary

U.S. Bridge is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the operations team with independent delivery alongside Project Manager(s). The role focuses on developing and tracking project plans, managing scope, and maintaining schedules and documents for assigned projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors and the internal team, assist in project analysis, and help drive process improvements while supporting future project enhancements. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience reading and understanding construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and vendors.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with developing and tracking project plans and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules and related documents.
• Coordinate daily work plans and change control.
• Serve as liaison between vendors/subcontractors and internal operations.
• Support project analysis and process improvements.
• Schedule project meetings and assist with future improvements.
