Job summary

• Update project schedules weekly with PM and Superintendent.
• Participate in weekly schedule review meetings.
• Assist with budgets, draw processes, and subcontracts under PM guidance.
• Enter change orders and ensure they are signed and recorded.
• Support QA/QC and closeout documentation as needed.
