Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Coordinator on a full‑time basis to oversee on‑site operations, coordinate Ryan employees and subcontractors, and manage safety and budgets. You will interpret blueprints, track CPM schedules, and ensure quality control throughout each phase of the project.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, union training or equivalent, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm and making sound decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US work eligibility verification.
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and random/post-accident testing.
• Union-required training completed or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite.
• Complete projects on time and on budget.
• Administer project safety according to Ryan safety policies and procedures.
• Develop a job-specific Job Safety/Hazard Analysis.
• Manage subcontractors in the performance of their work.
• Develop and understand CPM computer-generated schedules and track schedules.
• Understand the entire construction budget and work within the assigned portion.
• Read and comprehend blueprints, plans and specifications.
• Give proper direction to project personnel.
• Assist with material procurement.
• Work efficiently and independently.
• Enforce the site-specific Project Safety Manual.
• Engage in Quality Control practices.
